*How soon will my package ship?
We usually ship on the next business day (or on Saturday before noon). If there is a holiday(s) or we have higher sales volumes than usual, please allow us 1-3 business days.
*How can I contact you with questions/about my order?
There are many avenues to contact us. Our main storefront page has all the links and information to reach us.
*When will more items be available in your store?
We are building our store and our pages as we bring new products in and it will take us some time to get everything posted. Rest assured that our volume will increase substantially over time. Please follow us to stay informed. You can also check out our blog page on upcoming new items.
*What if my order arrives damaged?
Please follow these guidelines precisely as there is not much we can do just based on a statement that a package is damaged:
-take clear photos of the shipping box and label(s)
-take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and all packaging materials
-file a damage report with your post office and send us a copy. We will do everything we can to fix the issue as soon as possible.
What if items are missing from my order?
This would be a very unlikely scenario given how small we are, but we are prone to human error. Please contact us right away if something is wrong with your order. Due to an increase in online scams and mail fraud cases, we will have record of what we sent and packaging weight to verify any inconsistencies with your order. Any wrongdoing on our part will be resolved promptly.
Are your products officially licensed?
Everything sold on our website lovefruits.shop is officially licensed and authentic. We only deal with verified companies and vendors in good-standing. All of our webstore products have traceable evidence back to their original source.
