Interpretation:

Thank you for visiting and shopping at FRUITS. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Processing Times On Domestic Shipping:

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, but most only require 24 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday of any given week will be shipped the following Monday.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, so please allow additional days for processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via the information You provided upon account sign-up and/or cart checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

We currently offer shipping services through USPS & UPS only.

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location relative to ours. Shipping rates will vary based on whatever shipment speed you choose.

Please be advised that delivery delays can occasionally occur on the part of the shipping courier during package transit. FRUITS is not responsible for any errors on the part of the courier. 

If there is any point where tracking updates stall during transit for a period of 10 days or more, We will file a "missing mail" report with the courier to locate the package. Costs for lost packages will be refunded to the purchasing customer upon verification with the courier in the amount compensated by the courier.

FRUITS ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
FRUITS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages:

FRUITS @ lovefruits.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipping courier to file a claim.

-Please save and/or photograph all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

-If possible, videotaping the process of opening a package clearly damaged during transit is most helpful in these types of claims.

-Goods damaged in transit by the courier are the responsibility of the courier to compensate. Please be patient with your claim. We will be happy to help with filing a claim and staying present with you during the process, thank you!
