Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

Upon placing an order on the FRUITS storefront website (or one of our platform accounts), the order will be verified and payment captured. Your order will prepared and packaged for shipment and notifications will be sent via email on current updates to your order processing. If for any reason there is an issue with your order, we will notify you and take appropriate steps to reach a resolution.

Order Processing: 

Please allow 1-3 days for us to process and prepare your order. During busy times of the year (ex. holidays or major events/site sales) please allow 5-7 days processing time. In most cases, orders will be shipped in 1-2 days.

Payment: 

Orders will only be shipped once payment is confirmed. You must use a valid payment option. Any issues with payment not received will result in a cancellation of the order and/or rerouting of packages back to us. 

Shipping Option/Transit:

We cannot change shipping options after the order is placed. If the order has not been shipped, the order can be cancelled/changed and repurchased. 

FRUITS takes great pride in product protection through our packaging before shipment. Even with the best product protection, packages and/or items can still be damaged through mishandling by the shipping couriers. If your items arrives damaged by the shipping courier, please contact us and we will work with you to file the appropriate claim(s).

Once in transit, shipping/delivery times are determined by your option at checkout and are at the discretion of the shipping courier. FRUITS has no control over the shipping speed. Please allow time for your package to be delivered. 

DELIVERY:

Packages will be delivered to the address given at the time of checkout. Customers are responsible for inputting the correct address. FRUITS is NOT responsible for any error on the part of the buyer. 

Confirmed delivery to the correct address finalizes the transaction as complete. FRUITS is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims will need to be filed with the shipping courier for misdelivery issues. Refunds for returned packages by the courier for undeliverable addresses are at our discretion. Please contact us if there is an issue with your delivery.
