*How soon will my package ship?

We usually ship on the next business day (or on Saturday before noon). If there is a holiday(s) or we have higher sales volumes than usual, please allow us 1-3 business days.

*How can I contact you with questions/about my order?

There are many avenues to contact us. Our main storefront page has all the links and information to reach us.

*When will more items be available in your store?

We are building our store and our pages as we bring new products in and it will take us some time to get everything posted. Rest assured that our volume will increase substantially over time. Please follow us to stay informed. You can also check out our blog page on upcoming new items.

*What if my order arrives damaged?

Please follow these guidelines precisely as there is not much we can do just based on a statement that a package is damaged:

-take clear photos of the shipping box and label(s)

-take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and all packaging materials

-file a damage report with your post office and send us a copy. We will do everything we can to fix the issue as soon as possible.

What if items are missing from my order?

This would be a very unlikely scenario given how small we are, but we are prone to human error. Please contact us right away if something is wrong with your order. Due to an increase in online scams and mail fraud cases, we will have record of what we sent and packaging weight to verify any inconsistencies with your order. Any wrongdoing on our part will be resolved promptly. 

Are your products officially licensed?

Everything sold on our website lovefruits.shop is officially licensed and authentic. We only deal with verified companies and vendors in good-standing. All of our webstore products have traceable evidence back to their original source. 

FRUITS LLC is a unique shopping experience where we mix mostly new, but also pre-owned and vintage toys and collectibles. We focus mainly on the gaming and anime genres, but we also have an assortment of character goods and toys as well. Our store is not loaded with stock photos, but rather our own images to help give the real view of what you are purchasing. Everything will be photographed and listed as accurately as possible, and if you ever have any questions just contact us!

FRUITS is a family-owned and operated online shop established here on our webstore and also cross-listed on multiple platforms. We are based in Virginia, USA. We have just opened our store, so please allow us time to add all of our products. Eventually we hope to have a vast variety of items to cater to everyone’s interests.

Our name was inspired by a Japanese street fashion book I loved as a teenager, filled with pages of colorful lolitas, haunting goths, cosplayers--you name it. FRUITS has nothing to do with the food, but instead is a metaphor for being eccentric and eclectic. I feel like that describes what we sell perfectly. We are a store for people that like what they like and are particular about their hobby.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at FRUITS. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Processing Times On Domestic Shipping:

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, but most only require 24 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday of any given week will be shipped the following Monday.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, so please allow additional days for processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via the information You provided upon account sign-up and/or cart checkout.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

We currently offer shipping services through USPS & UPS only.

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on your location relative to ours. Shipping rates will vary based on whatever shipment speed you choose.

Please be advised that delivery delays can occasionally occur on the part of the shipping courier during package transit. FRUITS is not responsible for any errors on the part of the courier. 

If there is any point where tracking updates stall during transit for a period of 10 days or more, We will file a "missing mail" report with the courier to locate the package. Costs for lost packages will be refunded to the purchasing customer upon verification with the courier in the amount compensated by the courier.

FRUITS ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
FRUITS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages:

FRUITS @ lovefruits.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipping courier to file a claim.

-Please save and/or photograph all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

-If possible, videotaping the process of opening a package clearly damaged during transit is most helpful in these types of claims.

-Goods damaged in transit by the courier are the responsibility of the courier to compensate. Please be patient with your claim. We will be happy to help with filing a claim and staying present with you during the process, thank you!
